Refund policy
ALL BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SALES FINAL
Any items purchased during the Black Friday 2025 sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges accepted. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Pricing is subject to change and order pricing cannot be adjusted once placed.
Items may oversell during sales, if oversells occur you will be refunded for the out of stock item and remaining items will be shipped.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards. All Boys/Girls Underwear, Blankets, Swaddles & Crib/Twin sheets are final sale and CANNOT be accepted for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags ATTACHED, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is returned to us that is not in the above condition, the customer will be required to pay for return shipping back to them.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS/ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A $4 RESTOCKING FEE. Please see below for more information on refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item must be returned to us due to a manufacturing defect or if you have received the wrong item, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to our warehouse.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bedding, blankets, or undergarments), custom products (such as special orders, pre orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as pillow cases). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit. Processing a return once it is received can take up to 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible so orders are submitted for fulfillment immediately after they are placed. Due to this we are unable to offer cancelations or order edits once an order is placed.
Mystery Boxes and Sale Items
Sale items and Mystery Boxes are final, no cancellations, returns or exchanges accepted. Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
Please note, buying multiple mystery boxes will result in duplicates of prints, orders cannot be edited or cancelled once they are placed.
Mystery Preorder
- Mystery Items are eligible for the Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion (applied automatically in cart to lowest priced item)
- Free Shipping over $150 USD / $200 CAD.
- No cancellations once the preorder closes.
- Preorders are expected to arrive early March.
- The print shown in the image is not indicative of the mystery solid or the colors used.
